Versie Lee "Pee Wee" Dunn was born February 7,1929 to Toledo Marshall and Louis Armstrong.She confessed her hope in Christ at an early age and united with New Star Baptist Church in Collinston,Louisiana under the leadership of the late Reverend Dorsey. She later united with Salem #2 M.B.C. in Collinston, Louisiana under the leadership of the late Elder Frank Moore.Sister Dunn continued her faithful service at Salem #2 M.B.C. under the leadership of the late Reverend Cleo Waters and present pastor Raymond Gill until her death.

    In April, 1948, Sister Dunn united in holy matrimony with Myles Calvin Dunn.To this union eleven (11) children were born(7) girls and (6) boys.

    In the mid 1960's, Sis. Dunn sang with the gospel group, Mt. Calvary Spiritual Juniors.

    She will be remembered for her strength, committment, faithfulness, and devotion to her family. To know her was to love her.
